Made an appointment for tire balance. Arrived and checked in with a representative. Told him my name and appointment time. 1 hour later my vehicle is still sitting in same spot. I asked another rep on eta, he told me I was 3-4 in line. Said I had an appointment and he said you didn't tell me that. Absolute cluster. Management approached as I was leaving and said even with appointment it's only 30% quicker with appointment. Huh?

Went for a simple tire rotation and balance as well as an alignment. Was told it would be about an hour. At an hour and a half I asked for an update as my vehicle had not moved. I was told they were busy and getting to it soon. At about two and a half hours they finally got to my vehicle. At three hours total they brought my vehicle out and asked if I still “wanted an alignment” since it had “been so long”… Duh it’s why I waited so long. So they put it back in the bay and finished in about another thirty minutes. Almost four hours in total for 40 minutes of work. No offerings to right the wrongs, only more upselling for more work to be done.

I had new tires installed on my Mazda CX-5 about 4 months ago. The price was excellent and the personnel was outstanding. The tires have been great. I put in many highway miles and the difference is noticeable. The package included rotation every five thousand miles and balance as needed. The process was extraordinary. I was received immediately, the car was taken in and the work was done in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend the Discount Tire in Ormond Beach to anyone who needs new tires.

I pre-purchased my tires and made an appointment online. They confirmed both via email and a phone call. Once I got there, my car was thoroughly inspected with me present. Once my car was in the garage, they inspected the alignment. I knew I'd probably need one anyway. But even after they told me I'd need one, they didn't pressure me at all to get it. They spoke to me about windshield wipers. I had already replaced my front ones but could never find the right size for the back. They had the right size, and it was super inexpensive. The staff was courteous and didn't act like salesmen like in other places. I heard them talking to other people about their cars and, again, no pressure tactics. You could almost hear the relief in people's voices when they realized they weren't being sold something they didn't need. I had a wonderful experience there and would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone, especially if you're on a budget.

Curtis and his team were on top of it. Just got my new work truck for my detailing business and needed a new set of tires. I told Curtis about what I needed and he hooked it up for me. The tires look so good on my truck and they ride perfect. Thank you!!!!
